Back in 1993, I started my training when I was just 14.

I was born in Porto Alegre, South Brazil, and discovered my true passion was weight training and having a strong and healthy lifestyle.

In 2012, I decided to set a goal to achieve my dream physique and dominated the WBFF with 4 consecutive fitness model world championships in 2012, 13, 14, and 15, Fitness model pro status Denmark in 2012 and first place in Miami pro show London in 2012.

Fast forward today, I’m 43 having my first child Adam at the age of 42. I have been recognized by the world's most leading magazines, newspapers, and tv channels. And had my own segment on one of the UAE’s fitness channels called Ask Andreia.

I don’t do cardio. I focus on the weight training and proper form to burn fat and build lean muscle. And I stress having a strong body and mental health is very important.

My mission is to help and support millions of people across the globe to achieve their dream body, increase self-confidence, and become their best version of themselves.
